Tasks
- Independent technical leadership and project management in the field of building automation
- Execution of all performance phases according to HOAI (MSR-/GLT-Technology)
- Coordination and quality assurance of external engineering firms and executing companies
- Preparation and participation in tenders and awards
- Ensurance of compliance with technical and legal requirements
- Budget planning, control, and tracking including invoice verification
- Communication and negotiation with authorities, project partners, and other stakeholders
Qualification
- Completed studies in the field of building automation, supply technology, energy technology, electrical engineering or comparable
- First professional experience in MSR-/GLT-Technology
- Knowledge of HOAI performance phases
- Experience in coordinating projects and external service providers
- Safe handling of technical regulations and standards
- Structured, independent, and responsible work style
- Communication skills when dealing with various project participants
