Engineer / Specialist Planner (m/w/d) TGA HLS in Cologne-Kalk

Tasks

• Preparation of technical concepts and planning of building technology in the areas of heating, cooling, ventilation, and sanitation using the BIM planning method.
• Carrying out calculations and dimensioning of technical installations.
• Preparation of tender documents and participation in the awarding of construction services in the area of building technology.
• Monitoring and control of the quality of execution and compliance with cost and schedule plans on the construction site.

Qualification

• Degree in the field of supply engineering, building technology, environmental engineering, mechanical engineering or comparable qualification such as heating, ventilation, and air conditioning technician or installation and heating engineer.
• Multiple years of professional experience in planning and implementing projects in the building technical installations heating, cooling, ventilation, and sanitation .
• Communication skills and team orientation as well as a self-directed, structured working style.
