Engineer / Specialist Planner (m/w/d) Building Automation

Tasks

• TGA-specialist planning in the field of building automation (GA) across all HOAI-performance phases – from preliminary investigation to project management.
• Technical coordination and interface planning with other TGA-professionals such as heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitation (HKLS) and electrical engineering.
• Preparation of tender documents and participation in the awarding of construction services.
• Monitoring of execution quality and ensuring compliance with cost and schedule plans on site.

Qualification

• Completed studies in supply or electrical engineering with a focus on building automation (GA) or measurement, control, and regulation technology (MSR) or equivalent technical training (e.g. technician, master craftsman) with comprehensive specialist knowledge.
• Professional experience in the field of building automation desired.
• Comprehensive understanding of technically complex relationships and knowledge of the planning process in sanitation, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and/or electrical engineering.
• Excellent communication skills, team orientation, and a self-reliant and structured working style.
