Senior IT Operations Engineer M/F

At Fleury Michon, the IT Infrastructure and Production Department ensures the availability and performance of IT services that support all our activities every day.

As part of strengthening our Operations team, we are looking for a Senior IT Operations Engineer capable of driving and evolving our operational practices to ensure a high level of service quality.

You will be responsible for IT system performance through the technical implementation of operational solutions in line with best practices.

Your missions are as follows:

Within the IT Operations team, you will be the point of contact for operational processes and tools.

Your main mission is to ensure the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of our information system, while supporting projects in their deployment.

You will act as a key player between the Infrastructure, Network, Security, Applications teams, and external partners.

Ensure RUN quality

• Provide level 3 support for complex operational issues

• Manage supervision, scheduling, and logging tools

• Monitor alerts and ensure their resolution

• Guarantee the execution of scheduled tasks

• Participate in the resolution of major incidents

Manage Operational Readiness

• Build and monitor the IT environment maintenance plan

• Organize and carry out production deployments

• Ensure the application of operational standards

• Monitor performance and availability indicators

Improve and automate

• Identify areas for optimization

• Automate recurring tasks

• Evolve operational practices

• Contribute to the continuous improvement process

Support projects

• Participate in projects from the design phases

• Prepare the operational integration of new solutions

• Ensure the quality of production deployment procedures

• Produce operational documentation

Coordinate stakeholders

• Collaborate with internal technical teams

• Manage the interventions of service providers and suppliers

• Functionally lead contributors involved in operational matters

What we expect from you:

With a 4/5 year degree in IT with a specialization in operations/production, you have 5 to 10 years of experience in IT operations, production, or infrastructure.
