Senior Test Engineer M/F

You will join the Operations Department at our client, which consists of around forty engineers and technicians, responsible for derisking engineering (simulations and full-scale physical tests), mechatronic design of tools and robotic arms, as well as the development and industrialization of dismantling solutions. As a Test Engineer, you will be responsible for the development, organization, and management of the physical tests assigned to you. In this role, your missions will be as follows: Safety and preparation of tests - Ensure compliance with safety requirements in all phases of the tests: preparation, execution, dismantling - Conduct safety reviews, safety visits, and pre-job briefings, in accordance with ADR (Hazard Analysis) requirements. Definition and planning of tests - Define test programs by integrating the technical requirements of different projects - Plan all tests by optimizing material and human resources - Write and/or validate test plans to ensure reliable, representative, and legally defensible results over time. Execution and supervision - Supervise the team of technicians responsible for the preparation, execution, and dismantling of tests - Intervene in case of technical incidents: failure diagnosis, solution finding, participation in repairs - Analyze test results, ensure their validation, archive them, and produce associated reports and summaries. Capitalization and communication - Capitalize on lessons learned from tests to optimize future tests and improve practices - Compile test results and ensure their communication within the company and to clients. Technical interface and contribution to the test process - Be the preferred point of contact for technical stakeholders in test preparation (tool design, mock-ups) - Integrate design and integration resources into test phases to ensure the expected performance - Provide a critical and constructive vision on the proposed technical solutions - Contribute to the development and improvement of the "physical tests" process.
