Business Engineer IT Services Banking Sector M/F (Permanent Contract)

Our client is a recognized IT Services company that has been supporting large accounts in their IT and digital projects for several decades.

Present nationally, the company works on high-value-added projects in various sectors such as banking, insurance, industry, and services.

As part of its growth, our client is looking for a Business Engineer to develop and manage a portfolio of large accounts.

This is a permanent contract position, located in Neuilly-Sur-Seine.

Your missions:

• Develop and retain a portfolio of large accounts
• Identify and qualify new client needs
• Prospect new accounts
• Respond to calls for tender
• Manage projects in technical assistance, service centers, or fixed-price contracts
• Ensure commercial and operational follow-up of assignments
• Guarantee the profitability and margin tracking of your activity
• Support consultants on assignments and monitor their development
• Participate in the recruitment and selection of IT profiles

Profile sought

• Higher education degree (Bac +5 - Master's level) in business, engineering, or equivalent
• Significant experience in business development within an IT Services company or in the banking sector
• Good knowledge of IT services and large account environments
• Commercial drive, results-oriented, and excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to perform in a competitive environment
• Professional English appreciated
