Experienced Geotechnical Engineer M/F

As a business development engineer, you will support your clients on all their challenges related to subsurface data, either individually or in synergy with the Group's other expertise areas.

From field to software, you master the testing chain, know how to mobilize available data and use calculation methods and tools to optimize and adapt your studies to your clients' needs.

Your main responsibilities

1- Opportunity management and client relationship management

• You manage the entire commercial cycle: initial contact, responding to tenders and direct consultations.

• You conduct in-depth analysis of client needs, identify and synthesize available data.

• You mobilize a network of internal experts to design integrated, high-value-added engineering solutions.

2- Technical expertise and project optimization

• You conduct G1 to G5 studies on all types of projects, including several G2 PRO studies: buildings, infrastructures, underground structures, civil engineering structures, etc.

• You communicate regularly with your client to fully adapt to the study of their needs.

• You define and supervise investigation programs (soundings, tests, etc.) and validate the relevance of available data to build the study foundation.

• You develop geotechnical models, technical assumptions, and calculation parameters to optimize construction recommendations and work solutions.

You are:

• A graduate of an engineering school or holding a Master's degree in Geotechnics and/or Civil Engineering and/or Public Works,

• You have an essential 5 to 10 years of experience in a geotechnical engineering firm or special foundation company.

• Attentive to your clients, you know how to identify their needs and adapt your recommendations to their challenges.

• Dynamic and curious, you easily combine autonomy and teamwork.

• Technically, you know how to use geotechnical software.
