Engineer or Technician (m/w/d) from the Process Engineering or Chemistry Department

The UNA-Synth GmbH is a small innovative and family-owned company in the chemical/pharmaceutical production sector with 15 employees in Kaltenkirchen.

We offer an unlimited employment contract starting immediately with long-term job security in a future-oriented industry within the GMP environment.

• Scheduled working hours in full-time 40 h/week, no shift work, on-site work
• Responsible and varied task fields

Tasks

• Production planning (allocation of production facilities, deployment planning for employees in the production)
• Inventory management (procurement of raw materials and materials)
• Responsible monitoring of production and related documentation
• Preparation of work instructions and production-related documents within the GMP environment
• Support in production during manufacturing
• Coordination with quality control for accompanying analytics
• Coordination, supervision, and implementation of equipment inspections, maintenance activities
• Coordination, supervision, and implementation of equipment qualifications with quality assurance
• Preparation of GMP-relevant documents (e.g. change requests, CAPA, deviations) and participation in the management team

Qualification

• Technician / Master or completed studies in the chemical/technical field
• Well-developed planning and coordination skills combined with a constructive hands-on mentality
• Self-reliant, self-responsible, and solution-oriented working style
• Able to handle multiple tasks and set priorities effectively
• Experience in project management, GMP knowledge desirable
• Very good German and English skills in writing and speaking
• Critical thinking, great quality awareness
• Interest in leadership responsibility
• Detailed-oriented with an eye for quality and accuracy
