Engineer as Project Leader in Plant Construction (m/w/d)

The group employs more than 1000 employees worldwide.

We are looking for a full-time Project Leader (m/w/d) at our location in Bad Oeynhausen at the earliest possible time.

Tasks

• You will be responsible for the overall success of complex plant construction projects in the recycling industry worldwide
• You will take over the overall management, coordination, and execution of projects as a central interface to customers, including all departments, suppliers, and companies involved in the project
• You will identify risks and challenges during the project lifecycle and implement appropriate measures to minimize risk
• You will work closely with customers to understand their requirements and develop solutions
• You will be responsible for budget and cost control throughout the entire project life cycle to ensure compliance with financial guidelines

Qualification

• You have a completed degree in plant construction or environmental technology
• You bring first professional experience in project management
• You possess an outstanding entrepreneurial thinking and acting
• You work independently, solution-oriented, and bring excellent communication skills
• You speak fluent English and German, additional foreign languages are very welcome
