ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY We want to incorporate a Senior Power Traction Engineer for our Rail area, at our office in Mexico City. IDOM is looking for a senior specialist in traction power to lead the design, integration, and delivery of the systems related to the traction power supply for rail transportation. The ideal candidate will have experience in the design and implementation of traction power systems, as well as knowledge of the regulations and standards applicable to this area. You will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and technicians to ensure the successful execution of projects. REQUIREMENTS AND EXPECTATIONS The ideal candidate should have: • A degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; • At least 5 years of experience in the design and implementation of traction power systems; • Knowledge of regulations and standards applicable to this area; • Experience leading a team of engineers and technicians; • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
