Industrial Safety Engineer - Specialist in Machines

We are looking for an Industrial Safety Engineer specialist in Machines to join our Valladolid delegation, who wants to develop their career by joining a top-level technical team.

Job Mission

The selected person will integrate into our consolidated Industrial Safety team to provide specialized technical consulting services to our client portfolio.

Their mission will be to actively participate in the realization of risk assessments and industrial machinery adaptation projects (RD 1215/1997) and CE marking for machines, always counting on the support and mentorship of a high-experience team.

Main Responsibilities

• Client Consulting: Provide direct technical advice to industrial clients on the correct application of the Machinery Directive and RD 1215/1997.
• Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments for machinery and installations (according to UNE-EN ISO 12100).
• Adaptation Projects: Write reports on adaptation to RD 1215, defining the required safety measures (guards, protection devices, etc.).
• CE Marking: Prepare technical documentation (Construction Technical File) for CE marking of machines or complex lines.
• Inspection and Validation: Inspect equipment and validate the correct implementation of safety functions (according to UNE-EN ISO 13849).
• Training: Provide technical training on machine safety to personnel at client companies.
