Production Engineer - Dermocosmetics
Job description
Leading consumer goods manufacturing company, with a productive plant in the Barcelona area, seeks a Shift Manager to lead daily factory operations. Your mission will be to ensure that planned production is carried out efficiently, guaranteeing process quality, correct personnel assignment and compliance with safety standards and GMP norms. Main responsibilities: Supervise production line operation, analyze and solve problems, optimize processes, manage inventory and supplies, coordinate with other departments, ensure compliance with regulations and standards, and maintain a safe working environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing, leadership skills, and knowledge of quality control procedures.
