Quality Engineer

Job description

A professional is joining to manage quality in a food sector company located in Almussafes. The functions include preparing and managing audits of clients, suppliers, and certifying bodies, as well as controlling merchandise and verifying received and dispatched products. They will also be responsible for monitoring critical control points within the HACCP system, product traceability, and supervising packaging and wrapping materials. Other tasks include the documentary management of the quality and food safety system, investigating incidents and non-conformities, and implementing corrective actions. Furthermore, attention and technical support will be provided to clients regarding quality matters, reports will be prepared, and indicators will be monitored. The person will report directly to Management. The contract is full-time, with 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday on a split shift, including established legal breaks.
