Software Automation and Development Engineer

Objective:

• Design, develop, and implement digital solutions and automation that optimize administrative and operational processes, improve organizational efficiency, and enable data-driven decision making.

Main Responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of software applications (web, desktop, or multi-platform) focused on automating administrative and support processes.
• Design, integration, and maintenance of systems for acquiring, transforming, and analyzing data from various sources (SAP, databases, files, APIs, forms, etc.).
• Development of digital solutions that reduce operational time, human errors, and repetitive workload in areas such as Finance, HR, Logistics, Security, Quality, and Administration.
• Research, adoption, and application of emerging technologies for automation, software development, and data analysis.
• Cross-functional collaboration with other departments to understand requirements, map processes, and propose digital solutions that generate value.

Specific Tasks:

• Design and develop multi-platform applications for acquiring, modeling, visualizing, and managing administrative and operational data.
• Gather, extract, and store relevant data from multiple systems (SQL databases, SharePoint, SAP, structured/unstructured files, internal APIs).
• Create scripts, services, or automated pipelines to move, clean, and standardize data.
• Use analysis tools (statistics, visualization, indicators) to identify opportunities for process optimization in administrative processes.
• Build dashboards and visual interfaces to communicate key metrics and analysis results.
• Develop and maintain RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and RDA (Robotic Desktop Automation) to eliminate repetitive tasks (data capture, validations, reporting, reconciliations, etc.).
• Document processes, flows, and developed solutions to ensure continuity and maintenance.
• Work closely with key users to capture requirements, validate prototypes, and ensure the success of digital solution adoption.
• Maintain knowledge of automation technologies, software development frameworks, and best practices in software engineering.
• Comply with internal guidelines for security, hygiene, data protection, and applicable legal norms.
