TPM Engineer

Support the production area to maintain machinery availability according to OEE levels defined by development and business plan policies, ensuring preventive and corrective maintenance of existing machines.

1. Analyze and execute strategies for resolving equipment failures in the production area to reduce downtime.
2. Plan and coordinate weekly maintenance orders with SAP-PM02 system support to meet maintenance objectives.
3. Analyze and execute progress on new equipment and production line maintenance plans to ensure availability targets are met.
4. Develop and execute continuous improvement processes for machinery maintenance, integrating new technology into existing equipment.
5. Follow the process for treating obsolete equipment (machinery) in accordance with the asset disposal procedure.
6. Promote safety, health, and environmental protection according to ISO 14001/OHSAS 18001 standard.
7. Perform regular inspections of equipment and performance evaluations to identify potential problems before they cause failures.
8. Collaborate with production teams to optimize equipment performance and minimize production interruptions during maintenance activities.
9. Develop and maintain exhaustive documentation of maintenance procedures, equipment histories, and repair records.
10. Train and orient subordinate maintenance personnel on TPM principles, safety protocols, and specific equipment maintenance procedures.
11. Participate in root cause analysis of recurring equipment failures and apply corrective measures to prevent future occurrences.
12. Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with suppliers to ensure critical components are always available.
13. Contribute to the development of maintenance budgets and track expenses to ensure cost-effective maintenance practices.
14. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies in maintenance engineering to propose and apply innovative solutions.
15. Collaborate with interdepartmental teams to support new product introductions and equipment installations.
