Job Description
- Will develop, program, and configure PLCs, IPCs, and HMIs for automatic and semi-automatic machines.
- Design and implement efficient control systems for special equipment and production lines
- Locate and resolve connectivity and logical failure issues in automated systems
- Collaborate with inter-functional teams to meet project deadlines and objectives
- Implement and maintain communication protocols between machines and servers (MES)
- Makes modifications and updates to programs for existing and new projects
- Carry out system validation and commissioning of automated machinery
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including manuals and program specifications
- Contribute to standardizing methods and processes within the team
- Participate in initiatives to improve safety, productivity, and quality
- Provide technical support and guidance to other team members when necessary
