Field Operations Engineer

We are looking for a highly motivated Field Operations Engineer to join our Field Operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, implementing and optimizing technical operations in the field, ensuring service continuity and customer satisfaction. This position requires solid technical skills, problem-solving ability and willingness to work in dynamic environments. Responsibilities: Execute installation, configuration, maintenance and repair of equipment and systems; Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies; Collaborate with other teams to resolve issues and improve processes; Develop and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders; Provide technical support and training to colleagues; Participate in continuous improvement initiatives; Perform other duties as required. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, computer science); Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role; Strong understanding of technical operations and maintenance principles; Excellent problem-solving skills; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new software applications.
