Job Bridge Global is seeking a Certified Systems Administrator – Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, administering, and supporting computer systems based on Microsoft technology. Your function will ensure that the infrastructures, both physical and virtual, operate efficiently and securely within the organization.

Main Responsibilities:

• Install and configure Windows operating systems and other Microsoft services on servers and workstations.
• Monitor system performance, solving problems and performing preventive maintenance.
• Implement adequate security measures to protect systems from threats and vulnerabilities.
• Collaborate with other teams to integrate software and hardware solutions.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation on configurations and procedures for systems.
• Provide technical support to users and IT personnel in the management of Microsoft systems.
• Participate in system migration and update projects.
• Train end-users on the use of systems and technological tools.

Requirements

• Degree and ID in Systems Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• Certification as Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) or equivalent.
• Proven experience in Windows system administration in corporate environments.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policy and other Microsoft infrastructure services.
• Experience in server management and virtualization (e.g., Hyper-V).
• Scripting skills (PowerShell preferred) for automating administrative tasks.
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail skills.
• Able to work in a dynamic environment and collaborate effectively as part of a team.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
