Job description
Do you have experience providing IT technical support? icorp is looking for you!
You will be responsible for providing technical support to computer teams.
Work area: Guadalupe, Nuevo León.
Schedule: Monday to Friday.
Requirements
Bachelor's / Engineering degree in systems or related field (student or graduate).
At least 1 year of experience providing technical support.
Activities and responsibilities:
• Technical support to users, incidents, and requests
• Scheduled maintenance of equipment
• Inventory management of IT equipment
• Inventory movements
• Coordinate hardware maintenance activities through external providers
