Professional experience in technical profiles or internships in fields such as: Technical Systems, Technical IT Support, Computer Technician, Information Technology Technician or related careers. Practical experience in: Preventive and corrective maintenance of hardware, On-site incident handling, Installation and configuration of software and hardware, Troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues, Knowledge of computer systems, networks and telecommunications, Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows, Linux and macOS, Understanding of database management systems, Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL, Experience in working with teams, communication skills, ability to work under pressure, adaptability, flexibility, willingness to learn and grow.
