Location and Modality

• City: Ciudad Valles, San Luis Potosí.
• Modality: 100% On-site, Field Support Engineer.
• Schedule: Roles of 8-hour schedules per person.
• Mobility: Essential to have availability for travel within the region.

️ Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum experience of 2 years in technical support.
• Educational Level: Bachelor's/Tech degree completed.
• Knowledge in Availability and Continuity Management.
• Handling of Data Security and System Installation/Uninstallation.
• Linguistic proficiency in Spanish (Fluent/Native).
• Availability to rotate shifts

⭐ Desired Skills

• Knowledge of Cable Structuring (use of RJ-45 punch-down tools, testers).
• Experience with CCTV Cameras and storage systems.
• Oriented towards Prioritization Establishment.
• Strong Resilience and Adaptability.
• Able to Drive Results and Effective Communication.

Key Responsibilities of the Role

• Incident Management: Receive, attend, and follow up on assigned tickets.
• Predictive Maintenance: Execute maintenance plans, renovations, and IMAC'S (Installations, Movements, Additions, and Changes).
• Vehicular Control: Track the service plan for vehicles and document odometer readings.
• Documentation: Fill out forms, ensuring signatures/seals and delivery to Coordination.

Requirements

• Bachelor's technical degree and/or technical careers in systems, computer science or related fields.
• A wide availability of schedule.
• Availability to cover guard duty during weekends.
• Availability to travel to municipalities or nearby locations in Ciudad Valles, San Luis Potosí
• 1 year of experience in field technical support at point-of-sale locations
• Valid driving license
• Know how to use GPS tools like Google Maps and Waze.

Main Activities and Responsibilities:

• Diagnostics and solution of failures in point-of-sale locations (thermal printers, pin pad, wireless scanner, CPU, UPS, keyboard, and monitor).
• Predictive and corrective maintenance on computer equipment and printers.
• Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of CCTV cameras (Axis and Bosch).
• Network configuration.
• Cloning devices
• Loading images
• Configuring peripherals.
• Diagnostics of software and hardware failures.
• Support for thermal printers, pin pad, scanner (point-of-sale equipment)
