IT Support Engineer

Job Description:

Provides complete on-site technical support for an assigned group of clients, taking full responsibility for the activities performed.

Main Responsibilities:

• Executes advanced maintenance of equipment and systems, including medium complexity installations.
• Diagnoses, resolves technical problems, and proactively applies solutions.
• Provides feedback on equipment, systems, and processes to improve service quality.
• Identifies recurring problems within the team and contributes to their resolution.
• Collaborates with other team members, offering technical assistance and sharing knowledge.
• Documents activities, incidents, and relevant metrics to improve service delivery.
• Monitors technical and process issues, proposing recommendations for improvement to the manager or team.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

Education

• Engineering or Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems or related field (completed or incomplete). Technical degree in Computer Systems or related field.

Skills and Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of practical experience in on-site technical support.
• Knowledge of videoconferencing rooms and ITSM tools.
• Experience in image deployment, configuration, and equipment optimization.
• Ability to resolve technical problems of varying complexity.

• Availability for on-call duties and support outside of regular hours as per operational needs.
• High sense of responsibility.
• Friendly and patient demeanor with users.
• Organized and punctual.
