Container Solutions Engineer (Administration and Development)

Job Bridge Global is looking for a Container Solutions Engineer (Administration and Development) to join our team. In this key role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing innovative solutions using containers that optimize software development and deployment processes. You will work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, contributing to the modernization of our clients' technological infrastructures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement container solutions that align with project needs and business strategies.
• Collaborate with software development teams to promote the adoption of containerization technologies.
• Manage the administration of container environments, ensuring their performance and security.
• Evaluate and select tools and platforms for container management and orchestration (e.g. Kubernetes, Docker Swarm).
• Provide technical support and training to teams on the use of containers and their benefits.
• Identify and resolve technical problems related to the container infrastructure.
• Create and maintain technical and process documentation related to the implemented solutions.
• Collaborate on continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives related to software development and deployment.
• Stay abreast of technological trends and best practices in the field of containerization.

Requirements

• University degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the administration and development of container solutions.
• Certification in Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) – CNCF/Linux Foundation or Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration, Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD) – CNCF/Linux Foundation, Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Application Development
• Solid knowledge of virtualization and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.).
• Experience with CI/CD tools and agile methodologies.
• Strong understanding of DevOps principles and automation practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical capacity.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Relevant certifications in container technologies (for example, Docker Certified Associate, Kubernetes Administrator) are an advantage.
• Desire to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
