Job description
We are looking for a Field Technical Support Engineer to provide in-person assistance to clients in CDMX across different boroughs and entities within the state. It is important to have ease of mobility (with your own car or motorcycle), as field visits will be made to various locations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site technical support to assigned clients.
- Offer software, hardware, and network support for desktop computers, laptops, and servers.
- Install and maintain computers, networks, servers, peripherals, and other related devices.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities for equipment and networks.
- Execute tasks related to the installation, relocation, changes, or additions of equipment and configurations.
- Test and certify the functionality of equipment, networks, servers, and client-approved applications.
- Follow up on incidents and escalations until their resolution.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism in attitude, presentation, and customer interaction.
- Comply with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and ensure customer satisfaction in every interaction.
