Process Engineer/Technologist

II. Key Responsibilities ·The process engineer/technologist is the main expert on enzymatic reaction and unit operations for the production of Amoxicilina Trihidratada via enzymatic, analyzes the involved variables to optimize and define the operating parameters according to the operation strategy to obtain the expected yields in the process. ·Expert in quality matters involving the production line, follows up to complete the tasks in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulations. ·Develops and implements process improvements, optimizing the production process, reducing costs, and increasing efficiency. ·Collaborates with the production team to ensure the proper functioning of the equipment, monitoring and controlling the process variables, and performing routine maintenance tasks. ·Participates in the development of new processes and procedures, and in the improvement of existing ones, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. ·Provides technical support to the production team, resolving technical issues and providing guidance on the proper use of equipment and processes. ·Maintains accurate records of production, quality control, and maintenance activities, and prepares reports and statistics as required. ·Performs other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
