Job Description
- Responsible for implementing, maintaining and improving manufacturing processes, as well as ensuring technical availability of equipment at all shifts.
- The goal is to achieve key performance indicators (KPI) of the value stream, such as relative utilization and internal defect costs, through continuous improvement of other KPIs, such as operational reliability and technical downtime.
- Introduction of new products, definition, acquisition, validation and installation of equipment and processes in the production environment.
- Development of procedures and instructions for technical processes.
- Development of training materials for process technicians.
- Development of maintenance plans for equipment, focused on preventive, predictive and corrective approaches.
- Align all engineering efforts with the main key performance indicators (KPI) of the corresponding value stream.
- Develop procedures, instructions and training materials for Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
- Responsible for achieving objectives and maximum limits of technical availability, cycle time and defect costs for processes and equipment under their responsibility.
- Ensure that the manufacturing process complies with engineering principles, customer requirements, Bosch standards and process specifications.
- Capacitate and instruct production and technical personnel.
- Provide support according to the shift model of the value stream.
