Assembly Process Engineer

Objective: Ensure the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of processes and systems that meet the company's goals and objectives. This includes but is not limited to: process mapping, workflow optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives. We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual who can work independently and as part of a team to achieve our goals. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field; 3+ years of experience in process engineering; Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and tools; Experience with process mapping and workflow optimization; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment; Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
