Job description
We are looking for a Backend Process Engineer responsible for developing, implementing, and improving manufacturing processes, supporting New Product Introductions (NPI), and ensuring compliance with Quality, Yield, Scrap, Productivity, and Safety indicators.
Responsibilities:
- Support NPI and transfers to production
- Optimize manufacturing processes and parameters
- Implement improvements focused on Yield, Scrap, and Productivity
- Execute ECNs and process documentation
- Resolve technical problems in conjunction with multidisciplinary teams
Requirements:
- Industrial, Electronic Engineering, or related field
- Experience in Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS)
- Knowledge in Selective Soldering, Wave Soldering, Conformal Coating, and Routers
- Proficiency in IPC-A-610, Core Tools, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma
- Intermediate-advanced English
