Backend Process Engineer

Job description

We are looking for a Backend Process Engineer responsible for developing, implementing, and improving manufacturing processes, supporting New Product Introductions (NPI), and ensuring compliance with Quality, Yield, Scrap, Productivity, and Safety indicators.

Responsibilities:

Support NPI and transfers to production
Optimize manufacturing processes and parameters
Implement improvements focused on Yield, Scrap, and Productivity
Execute ECNs and process documentation
Resolve technical problems in conjunction with multidisciplinary teams

Requirements:

Industrial, Electronic Engineering, or related field
Experience in Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS)
Knowledge in Selective Soldering, Wave Soldering, Conformal Coating, and Routers
Proficiency in IPC-A-610, Core Tools, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma
Intermediate-advanced English
