Pre-sales Engineer

Leading company in electronic security systems integration, automation, and technology, with international presence, is looking for talent to strengthen its Engineering team.

We are looking for a Pre-sales Engineer (Project Design), responsible for designing, structuring, and specifying integral solutions in electronic security, automation, structured cabling, and electrical systems, guaranteeing profitable, high-quality projects with technological differentiation, in addition to providing technical advice to the commercial team.

Among their main functions:

• Analyze client requests, terms of reference, and tenders to define scope and complexity
• Meet with external clients to understand needs and present solution proposals (site surveys and visits)
• Develop and specify the best technical solution (equipment, brands, costs, and conditions) according to the commercial strategy
• Prepare technical proposals, RFP/RFQ/RFI, and terms of reference
• Provide follow-up and technical support to the Operations/PMO team during project execution
• Stay updated on new technologies with manufacturers and strategic partners
• Provide technical support to the pre-sales, purchasing, implementation, and commercial areas

Requirements:

• Desirable certifications in brands such as Genetec, Avigilon, Lenel, ISS, Milestone, Axis, iPro, Panduit, Comscope, or Furukawa
• Advanced conversational English C1
• Engineering or Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a similar role
• Design of automation solutions (BMS, SCADA, PSIM)
• Design of data networks and VLANs, Layer 2 and 3 switching and routing
• Knowledge in CCTV (design, server calculation, bandwidth, streaming)
• Knowledge in intrusion detection, access control, and fire detection (NFPA standards)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and development of implementation schedules
