- To comply with Smiths' policies, internal working regulations and leadership behaviors.
- To fulfill and participate in all quality, safety, health and environmental programs of Smiths, as well as its policies, procedures and training requirements.
- To prevent violence and promote a favorable organizational environment.
- To maintain the work area clean, organized and in good conditions.
- To assist and participate in the organization's trainings and capacity-building activities.
- To comply with Operation Standards (SOP) and Engineering Function Policies of the Organization.
- To execute activities that require knowing and handling well Fundamental Concepts, Practices and Procedures of your Area of Specialization in Engineering, such as: Industrial, Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, etc.
- To develop and optimize manufacturing processes and workflow.
- To collaborate with engineering department trainings, acting as a technical mentor, and may Supervise and Recommend relevant Development Plans.
- To prepare Savings Projects (Lead and implement VAVE projects)
- To develop strategies for continuous improvement and advanced manufacturing project management.
- To perform advanced statistical analysis (SPC, DOE, ANOVA, etc).
- To fulfill all activities or any other that may arise from job operations or be required by the supervisor or management.
