Manufacturing Engineer

OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION Develop, establish and coordinate manufacturing and assembly processes of current and new products, as well as improve production lines, implementing methods and processes that ensure compliance with manufacturing parameters in production, as well as managing and controlling improvement projects, implementation in different productive processes or operation of the plant, with the objective of ensuring compliance with the principles of quality, safety and efficiency, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing engineering, process optimization, and project management, with a strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and tools, such as Kaizen events, root cause analysis, and visual management systems. Additionally, the candidate should be familiar with industry standards and regulations, such as ISO 9001, OSHA, and EPA guidelines.
