Building Maintenance Engineer
Job description
Your mission will be to lead the planning and administration of civil maintenance at Bosch Querétaro, ensuring safe, functional, and always operational installations. You will coordinate and supervise building maintenance work, renovation projects, and cleaning and landscaping services, guaranteeing quality, compliance, and impeccable execution by contractors and internal personnel.
You will follow up on service requests, schedule daily activities, and document progress. Additionally, you will prepare clear scopes for external contractors and maintain up-to-date 5's findings, contributing to the preservation, image, and optimal functioning of all our installations.
