Job description
As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and performance of systems, supporting maintenance activities, troubleshooting operational problems, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to optimize production processes.
Main Responsibilities
- Planning and execution of preventive and predictive maintenance.
- Failure analysis and development of corrective action plans.
- Monitoring and tracking of key performance indicators.
- Management of spare parts and support for warehouse operations.
- Supervision and leadership of technical personnel.
- Participation in audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Experience and Qualifications
- More than 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Engineer in injection environments.
- Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Experience in the operation and maintenance of injection molding machines and peripheral equipment.
- Strong problem-solving and fault diagnosis skills.
- Knowledge of electrical, electronic, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automation systems.
