Cybersecurity Management Engineer II

At SCITUM, leading cybersecurity company in Mexico and Latin America, we are looking for talent to join our team as: Position: Cybersecurity Management Engineer II Focus: We seek a profile oriented towards the operation and management of cybersecurity platforms, with experience in incident response, ticket management, event escalation, and adherence to operational processes. Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering or related field Experience: 3+ years in cybersecurity-related roles Proficiency in English is required Knowledge of ITIL framework is an asset Familiarity with security information and event management (SIEM) systems is a plus Certifications: CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or equivalent are desirable Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities Experience with cybersecurity tools such as FireEye, RSA Archer, or similar Familiarity with cloud-based platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is an asset Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, or equivalent is desirable
