Palo Alto Networks Firewall Engineer / Panorama

At SCITUM we are looking for talent to join our team as: Perimeter Security Engineer – Palo Alto Networks We seek a profile with experience in the administration, operation and support of Palo Alto Networks firewalls, with knowledge in NGFW, Panorama, PAN-OS, troubleshooting and perimeter security. The position is focused on operational customer care, incident tracking and requirements, change execution, resolution and problem-solving, as well as collaboration with other teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance. Key responsibilities include: • Design, implementation, and maintenance of Palo Alto Networks firewalls and Panorama systems; • Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to firewall configuration, connectivity, and security; • Monitoring and analyzing system logs and network traffic to identify potential security threats; • Collaborating with other teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance; • Providing technical support and training to customers on Palo Alto Networks products and services. The ideal candidate will have: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; • At least 3 years of experience in the administration, operation and support of Palo Alto Networks firewalls; • In-depth knowledge of NGFW, Panorama, PAN-OS, and troubleshooting techniques; • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
