Job description
The position:
Lead the development of design solutions for our client, ensuring technical viability, quality, and compliance with business needs. This position works closely with commercial teams, engineering, and clients.
Main activities
- :Act as the primary point of contact with the on-site client, ensuring effective communication
- .Develop packaging solutions in conjunction with Sales and Engineering
- .Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- .Design and validate packaging proposals (sketches, specifications, and samples)
- .Coordinate tests (including ISTA) and ensure packaging validation
- .Identify opportunities for improvement and cost reduction in existing packaging

Requirements
- :Industrial Engineering or Design (or equivalent packaging experience
- ).+5 years of experience in packaging design/development
- .Knowledge of materials (corrugated, flexible, etc.
- ).Proficiency in ArtiosCAD, Illustrator, and Photoshop is indispensable
- .Conversational-advanced English (oral and written) required
- .Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a customer focus
- .Own car with availability to work in person in Querétaro (travel between client facilities, plant, and laboratories when required
).
