Quality Assurance Engineer

Quality Assurance Engineer Ensure quality for customer satisfaction in a preventive and systematic manner. Report, resolve problems, and reduce complaints on manufactured product warranties received from end-users. Analyze rejected parts under warranty, as well as coordinate efforts to implement corrective actions. Respond to countermeasures on the customer's portal through the medium indicated by the customer Data review and analysis of quality control processes to identify areas for improvement. Develop and implement procedures to ensure compliance with quality standards. Conduct audits and inspections to verify compliance with quality requirements. Identify and document non-conformities, proposing corrective actions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes. Provide training and guidance to team members on quality principles and procedures. Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality metrics. Develop and maintain documentation of quality control processes and procedures. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure compliance with quality standards. Conduct root cause analysis for non-conformities and propose corrective actions. Ensure that all activities are performed in accordance with the company's quality policy and procedures.
