Database Engineer

Objective of the position Design, implement and optimize scalable and secure data solutions in Cloud to ensure continuity of the data ecosystem. The role must guarantee integration, transformation and enrichment of data from various sources, creating efficient data pipelines for Redshift, Athena, DocumentDB and/or MongoDB Sql, ensuring quality, governance and availability for advanced analysis. Main responsibilities: Design and maintain data architectures that meet business requirements, ensuring scalability, security and performance; Develop and implement data processing workflows using AWS Glue, Apache Beam or similar tools; Collaborate with the Data Engineering team to design and implement data pipelines that integrate with various data sources; Ensure data quality by implementing data validation, data cleansing and data transformation processes; Design and implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements; Develop and maintain documentation of data architectures, data pipelines and data processing workflows; Participate in the development of data engineering projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
