Automation Engineer

Requirements. Education: Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Mechatronic Engineer, Electronic Engineer or related. Experience: Minimum of 3 years in manufacturing engineering, maintenance, automation or similar position. Experience or practices in automation projects, programming or debugging machinery (desirable). Experience in advanced development and programming of PLC's (Allen Bradley, Siemens, Mitsubishi). Experience in development and programming of vision systems (Keyence, Cognex). Experience in protocol development for industrial communication networks (PROFIBUS, DeviceNet, EtherNet/IP). Knowledge of programming languages such as Ladder Logic, Function Block, or Structured Text. Familiarity with industrial automation software such as RSLogix, Simatic, or Kepware. Ability to work in a team environment and provide technical support to production staff. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is desirable.
