What will you do?

Ensure the availability, continuity, and correct functioning of the telecommunications and connectivity infrastructure of stores and offices, coordinating specialized providers and technically validating configurations, connections, and critical network services.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Administer and monitor the connectivity of stores and offices.
  • Coordinate telecommunications, network, and structured cabling providers.
  • Manage access and schedule on-site work for providers.
  • Attend to and follow up on incidents related to networks and telecommunications.
  • Supervise the performance of communication services and ensure their availability.
  • Validate configurations of network and telecommunications equipment.
  • Identify and diagnose connectivity failures, escalating or coordinating their resolution with providers.
  • Verify that communication services and links remain active and operating correctly.
  • Monitor network equipment and perform basic configuration reviews when necessary.
  • Coordinate projects related to network infrastructure and connectivity.
  • Maintain constant communication with internal and external providers to ensure compliance with service levels.

Who are we looking for?

  • Degree or engineering in telecommunications and/or systems; Master's degree in a related field is desirable.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in telecommunications, networks, or IT infrastructure.
  • Experience in attending to and following up on connectivity incidents.
  • Experience coordinating telecommunications and cabling providers.
  • Intermediate English proficiency.
  • Knowledge of structured cabling, electrical cabling, LAN Networks, CCTV, Telecommunications (Links).
