Job description
Since DOSS2 Talent we are looking for a position of PROJECT TECHNICAL LEADER for an international company in the railway sector with headquarters in Valencia, with over 80 years of experience and more than 3000 employees. Mission: Cross-functional and vertical communication skills both within and outside the company, both written and oral. Natural leadership qualities and decision-making. Main responsibilities: Leadership and arbitration in the technical design process Integration of systems and processes to ensure the successful implementation of projects. Development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and budgets. Coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration. Identification and mitigation of risks and obstacles. Monitoring and control of project progress. Reporting and presentation of results to stakeholders. Collaboration with other departments to ensure alignment and consistency. Continuous learning and improvement of processes and methodologies. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
