Time and Method Engineer
Job description
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Time and Method Engineer with experience in the apparel industry.
The resource will have a strategic role in analyzing and optimizing production processes, with the goal of improving efficiency, quality, and productivity.
Main responsibilities
Analyze production cycles and define standard times.
Develop and update work cycles.
Optimize production methods and processes.
Balance production lines.
Collaborate with Production, Industrialization, Quality, and Product Development.
Monitor efficiency KPIs and propose continuous improvement actions.
Support the introduction of new products and processes.
Requirements
Experience in the role, preferably in the apparel or fashion industry.
Knowledge of time and method analysis techniques.
Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
Good knowledge of Excel and main ERP systems.
