Mechanical Engineer

Group ATTAL, a labor agency, Modena branch, one of the first Italian agencies specialized in human resource search, selection, training, and management, selects for a company in the Packaging Automation sector a profile of: Mechanical Engineer Responsibilities: - Design and development of mechanical solutions for packaging automation systems. - Collaboration with electrical design and software teams for system integration. - Analysis and improvement of existing production processes. - Technical support during installation and start-up phases of machinery at client sites. - Management of technical documentation and project specifications. - Monitoring of solution performance and resolution of technical issues. - Participation in team meetings to discuss projects, innovations, and improvements. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, preferably with a specialization in Automation or related fields. - Previous experience of at least 3-5 years in the industrial automation and/or packaging sector. - In-depth knowledge of mechanical design software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD). - Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and clients. - Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards in the industrial automation sector. - Availability for national and international travel. - Good written and spoken English language skills.
