Mechanical Engineer

YOUR ROLE
What will you be doing?
- Design and development of mechanical components and systems, from requirements definition to implementation.
- Creation and management of technical drawings and project documentation.
- Use of 2D/3D CAD software for mechanical modeling and design.
- Execution of technical analyses and verifications on designed components and systems.
- Collaboration with Engineering, R&D, Production, and Quality teams for project development and optimization.
- Support for the industrialization and production launch phase, contributing to the resolution of any technical issues.
- Management of design changes and updating of technical documentation.
- Liaison with suppliers and technical stakeholders for the definition and implementation of design solutions.
What are we looking for?
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- Experience, even if brief, in mechanical design and product development.
- Good knowledge of the main 2D/3D CAD design tools.
- Knowledge of main materials, production processes, and mechanical processing technologies.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project documentation.
- Knowledge of the main technical regulations and standards.
- Good knowledge of the English language, especially in a technical context.
- Analytical approach, precision, and problem-solving skills.
- Good collaboration skills and predisposition to work in multidisciplinary teams.
- Proactiveness, autonomy, and results orientation complete the profile.

- The gross annual salary for this role ranges from EUR 35,000 to EUR 45,000.
The position is classified within Level III of the CCNL Commercio e Terziario applied by our company.
The positioning within the range will be determined based on technical skills, specific experience in the role, and the outcomes of the selection process, according to objective and predefined criteria. In the presence of profiles with exceptional characteristics compared to the indicated range, a review may be considered after internal approval.
