Junior Engineer – Maintenance and Asset Management - Apprenticeship (m/f/d)

Terme di Sirmione is looking for a Junior Mechanical or Management Engineer to be integrated on an apprenticeship contract within the Maintenance and Plant Management area.

The resource will support the team in maintenance planning and in projects for the management and optimization of technological plants and the thermal aqueduct, contributing to the development of tools and processes to support operational efficiency.

Main Activities

• support the planning of preventive and scheduled maintenance;
• collaborate in the census, classification, and management of company assets;
• contribute to the optimization of maintenance processes through the use and development of dedicated management software (CMMS);
• analyze data and performance indicators to improve plant efficiency;
• collaborate on digitalization and continuous improvement projects for maintenance processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Management Engineering;
• interest in maintenance, asset management, and plant management;
• strong analytical and organizational skills;
• good knowledge of Excel and main IT tools;
• predisposition for teamwork and orientation towards continuous improvement.

Remuneration

• The selection for this advertisement concerns a candidate to be assigned to the role of technical office employee corresponding to Level 5 of the CCNL for Thermal Companies, with the assignment of an initial minimum salary treatment not less than € 1700.00 gross per month for 14 months, increasable in relation to skills, including transversal ones, responsibilities, working conditions, and other factors pertinent to the role that will be discussed during the pre-employment phase.
