YOUR ROLE:

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer for a leading partner company in the IT sector, working in a hybrid mode in Siena.

We are looking for a practical person, oriented towards code quality and capable of working in a team with clients and stakeholders to translate business needs into effective technological solutions.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design and Development

• Contribute to the technical design and implementation of software solutions that meet clients' functional and non-functional requirements;

• Develop robust and scalable solutions, ensuring quality, performance, and maintainability;

• Integrate solutions with existing systems

Delivery and Quality

• Ensure the delivery of solutions within timelines, quality, and cost;

• Apply development best practices and participate in code review activities;

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of code quality standards

Consulting Activities

• Understand business needs and translate them into effective technological solutions;

• Actively collaborate with clients and project stakeholders;

• Support technical and architectural decisions.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 5 years of experience in software development projects with Java technologies;

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent;

• Hybrid presence in Siena 3/5 days.

WHAT WE OFFER?

The gross annual salary for this role is between EUR 24,000 and EUR 30,000. The position is classified within the CCNL of Commerce and Tertiary sector applied by our company. The placement within the range will be defined based on technical skills, specific experience in the role, and the outcomes of the selection process, according to objective and predefined criteria. In the presence of profiles with exceptional characteristics compared to the indicated range, a review may be evaluated upon internal approval.
