ERP Specialist

STAFF SPA, Modena branch, selects ERP SPECIALIST for automotive industry MANSIONI: - Analyze business processes and logistics, translating operational needs into functional requirements for the ERP. - Configure and personalize ERP modules based on production flows (distinct bases, work cycles, production advancement, material management). - Coordinate the implementation of new modules or updates in collaboration with IT partners. - Provide support to internal users and train personnel on using the system. - Collaborate with production, quality, warehouse, and procurement departments to ensure the effectiveness of the ERP system. - Monitor system performance and propose corrective or improvement actions. - Write technical and functional documentation to support processes and training. REQUISTI: - Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent. - 2-3 years' experience in a similar role (ERP, production, supply chain). - Knowledge of industrial process logics and methodologies for increasing efficiency. - Analytical, relational, and problem-solving skills. - Familiarity with computer tools (Excel, ERP or MES systems).
