Junior Electrical Electronics Engineer

Adecco Italia is looking for, on behalf of a major player in the energy and electrical infrastructure sector, a:

Operations Engineer (Switchgear Condition Monitoring)

The resource will be integrated into the team dedicated to digital solutions for monitoring the company's electrical plants and will contribute to the development and implementation of advanced Condition Monitoring systems for high-voltage equipment.

Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Supporting the design and implementation of monitoring systems for high-voltage circuit breakers and equipment;
• Drafting and managing technical project documentation;
• Integrating signals and interfaces with third-party systems and platforms;
• Collaborating in testing, functional verification, and commissioning activities of the plants;
• Ensuring compliance with quality standards and project timelines;
• Liaising with multidisciplinary teams and the client during the various phases of the project lifecycle.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Systems for Energy, or related technical disciplines.
• 1-3 years of experience in electrical engineering applied to industrial projects or the energy sector is preferred;
• New graduates with a solid technical background will also be positively considered.
• Knowledge of main industrial communication protocols, with particular reference to the IEC 61850 standard;
• Familiarity with Linux environments and database-based software tools;
• Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and plant layouts;
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and AutoCAD;
• Knowledge of SAP and database engineering and management tools are considered a plus.
• Good knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken.
