AYES, a multinational engineering and technology consulting company, in view of the expansion of its activities in Italy, is looking for a Junior Electrical Designer!

We operate globally in the Automotive, Industrial Automation, Aerospace & Defense, Railway, Energy, Oil & Gas, Life Sciences, and Telecommunications sectors, supporting clients throughout the entire product lifecycle, from design to industrialization.

Main responsibilities:

• Support electrical design activities and development of plant solutions;
• Reading and interpreting electrical diagrams;
• Collaboration with design and production teams;
• Support for testing and verification activities of plants;
• Preparation of technical documentation;
• Participation in project meetings and support for continuous improvement activities.

Qualifications and requirements:

• Technical diploma in Electrical Engineering or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering;
• No experience required: the position is also open to new graduates;
• Basic knowledge of main electrical systems and diagrams;
• Good ability to read technical drawings;
• Knowledge of the English language.

These are a plus:

• Experience gained through internships, traineeships, or university projects;
• Knowledge of electrical CAD software (e.g., EPLAN, SPAC, AutoCAD Electrical) or other design tools;
• Teamwork attitude, precision, and willingness to learn.

What we offer:

The salary package for this role ranges between €24,000 - €33,000 and will be evaluated based on professional experience, acquired skills, and results emerged during the selection process.

The position includes an onboarding with the CCNL Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi (Italian National Collective Labour Agreement for Tertiary, Distribution, and Services).

Work location: Bergamo (Lombardy).
