Industrialization Engineer

We are looking, for the Cologna Veneta plant, of an Industrialization Engineer. The purpose of this position is to ensure product industrialization and optimize production processes, through time and method analysis, work cycle definition, and continuous improvement, in order to reduce costs, increase efficiency, and ensure quality in production. Responsibilities: Collaborate with the technical office for process definition and optimization, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures; analyze and optimize production processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes; develop and implement industrialization plans, defining production schedules and resource allocation; collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination; ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards; participate in continuous improvement initiatives and projects. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field; 3+ years of experience in industrial engineering or a related field; knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and tools; ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions; excellent communication and problem-solving skills; proficiency in MS Office and other software applications.
